I have two eflybooks and when I get to the page I want, i.e. the approach I want and then want to switch to another plate, i.e. the airport diagram plate, I don't seem to be able to just go back one page. I end up having to use the main menu button which takes me all the way out. Is this normal or is there another way to back up one page when you get the the actual approach/SID/STAR/ airport diagram page.

If you press the top left botton (the one with the lightning bolt looking graphic) it will tkae you out of the viewer. the first option on that page should always be the airport diagram.

I tried using that top left button and nothing happened. I waited several minutes and still nothing.
the little green light didn't even blink.
