We are happy to announce that we are releasing eFlyBook 2.0 today (uploading the software as we speak). So what does this contain I can hear you ask.

Here is the list:

1) Facilities directory
2) New chart viewer
3) Complete navigation using the keys
4) Zoom on all charts
5) Scribble on all charts/documents
6) Over all stability has improved extensively


To get this new version running we needed a OS fix (long awaited) from iRex this is ready for download and can be downloaded by connecting your device to an network and doing an OS update using the connect button.

Once you have received the OS update use your eFlyBook update client and download the latest electronic image for this cycle 0712, once's downloaded simply write the image to your card and plug it into your device.

Have fun, and please I do expect there is still some small issues as with all software but in general it is a 110% improvement on the previous version.
