We have put up some pre-made forms on the eFlyBook.com web site in the support section. Visit the site, click on the Support link, you will see these forms list toward the bottom of the page. Right click each one and select "Save Target As" and then save to the Notes folder of your eFlyBook (must be plugged into your computer via the USB cable first).
